My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. On the upside, the service was exceptional, with friendly staff providing helpful directions, even printing them off Google for us, and going the extra mile by lending us a charger for about an hour. The location was the biggest plus, perfect for my meeting on the UNO campus, walkable to restaurants and parks, and conveniently close to the highway. While the dining experience was satisfactory, offering a decent selection for breakfast, the facilities were well-equipped. The value for money could be better if the service improves and staffing levels are optimized to avoid inconveniences during peak times.
